The settings page
In the settings page you will find a list of pages that you can use to configure the app.
This page controls the general behavior of the app. In here you can define your business information, choose date format, configure your invoice format, change your schedule preferences, etc.
This is where you define the types of appointments you can schedule. The app comes with “standard“, “personal” and “tentative” already defined, but you can change them or add more.
These are the services and products you provide. The app comes with a few basic services like “trim” already defined, but you can change them or add your own.
You can use this page to create the sales tax rules for the areas you service.
This list is used when entering expenses, to specify the type of each expense. The app comes loaded with a common list of categories, that you can customize.
Use this page to import contacts from your phone into the app.
View database status
Shows some diagnostic information for your database.
Manual backup to Cloud
Uploads a copy of your database to the Cloud on demand. Usually not needed, since the app performs regular backups on its own. For more information on how the cloud backup works and why you would want to perform a manual backup, see this article.
