The invoice list

This page lists your invoices in descending order by date and invoice number, so newer invoices are at the top.

The top bar lets you:

• show “all” invoices, or filter the list and only show invoices that are “paid“, “unpaid” or “draft“
• add a new invoice ()
• search ()

The icons on the left of each invoice show whether they are paid, unpaid or are still a draft.

		Paid invoices (also called receipts) have had one or more payments applied to them, and have a balance of $0.
		Unpaid invoices either had no payments applied to them or any payments applied have not covered its full balance.
		Draft invoices are unfinished invoices, meaning they have not been finalized yet. They don’t count towards a contact’s balance, or update any horse’s history.

The contact name, invoice date and total invoice amount are also displayed. If the invoice has a balance (meaning it is not fully paid), the invoice balance is shown to the right in red.

Tapping anywhere on an invoice opens up a page showing its details.
