Sending appointment reminders

You can send an appointment reminder to the contact by opening the appointment details, tapping on the top bar, then choosing “Send Text“, “Send E-mail” or “Call” on the menu.

The app uses your device’s native text, e-mail and phone apps, so it may take a second or two for your device to open them after you tap on your choice.

For both text message and e-mail, the app automatically fills out the recipient with the contact information, and the content with a greeting, the time of the visit and the horse list. You can then customize the messages further by editing them, or just tap the send button to send them.
