E-mailing, texting or printing an invoice

You can e-mail, text or print an invoice by opening its details, then tapping  on the top bar and tapping the desired option on the menu.

The app uses your device’s native text and e-mail apps to send the invoice to the contact, so it may take a second or two to open it up.

Both the text message and the e-mail are automatically filled out with the appropriate content, that you can edit if you need to customize it. In the case of an e-mail, a PDF invoice will be attached. For text, a simplified text version of the invoice will be added to the message.

When e-mailing an invoice, you can ask the app to send you a copy too. You can configure that behavior by tapping Settings on the bottom bar, then App Settings and looking for the E-mail me invoice copies checkbox.

In order to print an invoice, you need to have a wireless printer accessible from your device.
