Adding or editing a note in the horse history

You can add a new note by tapping on the top bar of the history list page.

To edit or delete an existing note, view the note and then tap  or  on the top bar.

Adding a new note and editing an existing one work the same way. The only difference is that when you’re adding a new note, all the fields are empty, and when editing the fields are filled out with the existing horse information.

Each field has a description that tells you what it is, like “Title“, or “Details“. Just tap on each field and add or change its contents.

The “Details” field has multiple lines that can be used to record longer texts. The “Pinned at the top” box, if checked, keeps this note at the top of the list (when multiple notes are pinned, the newest notes go first).

If you want to add a picture, you can tap the “From camera” or “From photos” buttons and either take a new picture or select one you already have on your device. You can only attach one picture per note. After you attach the picture and save the note, you can safely delete the picture from your device, because the app keeps its own copy in the cloud storage. You need an active internet connection to save notes with pictures.

When you’re done with your changes, tap “save” on the top bar to save the note in the horse history. If you don’t want to save anything, just tap the back arrow on the top bar to go back.
